  • Chuck Rogers owned Auto brokers LTD. It was a legitimate business and he was a legitimate businessman. Then he was driving drunk and wrecked killing the passenger, who was his very good friend. That was the end of his life as he knew it. He went to prison and when he got out he went into a deep deep depression. He got hooked on prescription drugs which turned into street drugs. He's made a few recoveries but they never last. He had 2 of my trucks that he was working on...after 7 years I finally came and got one of them. The other one is behind the locked fence at the business he once owned. The wheels and fenders are gone so I guess he got a few crack rocks for them. He has keys and titles inside the building. Chuck was a very likable and capable man, but now he lost family, health, business...who knows, he may even be dead now.

  • My advise is, if you have one, read your contract. Contracts will often tell you about things like this. It depends on what that company does.
Also, always research before you buy. Call the company and flat out ask if any deals are coming up an if you find a better price with the same product and company, if they will match it. Also make sure that the "cheaper phone is not a refurb.
My phone company does the same thing as yours. The difference is mine will match their own prices. However, the catch to lookout for is it must be within 30 days.
Don't know if this helps you, just something to think about.
PS...Try talking to the customer retaining department.
