Complaint 10250 Details

Recieved call from Ben from the Florida State Government Grant Department stating that I qualified for a Free Grant. His number is 407-447-4860. He stated that by today at 11:30 - 12:00noon I would have the money in my account. I gave him a checking account with a zero balance. I received a call today from Alex (202-540-9347) and he stated that I would receive a check from Western Union for 5,000 and once that transaction was made the 45,000 would go into my checking account. He walked me through the steps of filling out the form. Once the form was complete and giving 310.00, Bank Of America called me and told me that they could not locate my transaction (800-432-1000). I gave them my name and information that was on the transaction, but I forgot to put my middle inital on the western union transaction. I don't remember the Bank of America reps name, but he said that I could resend this for only 200.00 and then the process would be complete. This all took place around 1:00 to 2:00. I aquired the 210.00 and call Alex at 202-540-9347 and spoke with Leena to go through the steps to make the transaction again. This transaction went through at 2:17 pm and she said that they would call me back in 5 minutes. Well at 2:40 I started calling the numbers, and no answer. I then called Ben the inital person I spoke to at 407-477-4860 and told him what had happened and he said that they would be calling me at 3:20-3:25. No one called, so I started calling the numbers again and no answer. The only reason I thought this was legit was due to the fact that the 800 number used to call from Bank of America is the actual number. Please help I am a single mother of 2 and only have 23.00 left in my checking account and I need my money back.
