Basically the software did not download. The zip file was empty. Emailed their so called support to no avail as did not reply. Have also found since from some experts in the field that what they claim their software will do is not possible. This is just a scam product from a scam company. I am amazed that Plimus are still dealing with them as they are reputable and must have had many complaints about them
