They answered the internet loan application. They advised that I was eligible for $20,000.00 and all I had to do was send them 7 months payment which totaled $2,144.00 to cover insurance and the security deposit. They sent the loan application which looked legit, but obviously was not. They were in constant contact until they got their monies then they stopped answering your phone calls. I even entertained an attorney to make a phone call to them and she was assured that they would have that money in my account within a couple of days. This never happened. I sent several emails, left messages on their customer service line and also with the gentleman who called me originally. All I wanted them to do was refund my deposit, I could care less about the other monies. I had to borrow money from my 401K and take out payday loans just to make ends meet. My daughter was having surgery and this was to help with those cost. If I had know it was a scam, I could have kept my $2,144.00 and this could have been applied to her bills. Now I feel like I am up a creek without a paddle.
