Fowlers T.V, Inc. 419-394-5316. Picked up approx, 4-1/2 weeks ago. Called after 2 weeks they said it could not be fixed, we had purchased extra insurance and they were waiting on their approval in a couple of days.
Another guy said they did their job, they picked it up and it was the insurance to replace it with money or T.V. John called my
husband on Cell Phone same day. I called again today, still waiting on insurance. I am sick of their excusses, I asked for insurance phone number he said HE had to contact them, not me. Please help us get our
TV or money we paid.

- On 08/07/2012 Customer called our store for service on a KDL52W5100 Sony TV. The complaint was intermittent lines in the the picture. This television is under an extended warranty the diagnostic was called to try a video board first. Part needed to be ordered and did not get till 08-17-12 we tried the part and that did not fix the problem. We emailed the extended warranty company on parts to repair and waiting on getting authorization. The warranty company wanted pictures and these had been sent to them. I have called escallation and they are working on haveing TV replaced with a new television from our inventory but the process may take 3 to 5 business days.
