My daughter and I were on speaker phone in the car trying to place and order for same day delivery for her friends 21st birthday. We went through the whole process of placing the order before hearing the crazy, outrageous amount they were going to charge for a balloon bouquet, which included a delivery charge that was a third of the balloon cost! We cancelled immediately and told them not to place the order! That was on a Thursday. The next Monday I recieved this email:
Thank you for your recent order. We have been working hard to get your order for __________________ delivered on the day requested. However, we do not have the necessary order information to complete delivery. Please contact us at your earliest convenience by responding to this email so we can gather all necessary order information and expedite delivery. For your convenience, please reference order number 01533228. We hope to hear from you soon. You can also call us at (800)937-5397. Well...I checked my bank account and the $58.29 they were charging me for an order that was cancelled immediately and had never even been delivered, was pending in my bank account. I called them Monday and spoke to someone who was very confused by the whole situation. Of course, I had to start all over and explain what was going on from the very beginning. She apologized and said I would be credited immediately. Today is Thursday, I looked at my bank account and the charge had posted 3 days ago!!! I contacted them again and spoke to a young man who had no clue as to what was going on! After explaining it ALL again he told me it would take 5 to 7 business days for them to credit it! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I called my bank told them what was going on and disputed the amount and they credited it immediately! They are also placing a claim against the company! Finally! I am done with them! I will never place any kind of order with them! They have dishonest business practices and they will cause you nothing but frustration! Beware!!!!
