I bought break off bolts for a 604 crate engine on ebay. He said he was taking orders it would be 2 or 3 weeks for delivery.I emailed him in nov. he told me he was waiting on them to come back from being etched. He said he expected them by the end of the week if i could wait he would give me $20.00 back for my incovence. He relisted the same item, so i emailed him again Dec. 4 2012. He emailed me back and told me he had the bolts and would send them out the next day. This man never send me no money for my incovence or the bolts I think he is giving me the run around. Thanks Norm
