Basically they told me I was approved for a loan for $5000 and I needed to put down a collateral deposit--so they emailed a contract which appeared to honest (appeared key word). I told them I would send a certified bank check he (Mr. Graham Loan Specialist) told me there was two ways to do the deposit is express which guarantees the money the next day and then there is the regular mail--so I was suppose to do a certified check but he insisted the western union. I told him this seems like a scam and I really hope this is not and he did not give me a business name to send the money to it was a person in Spain and then I said why don't you give a company name he said it will cost more to western union and this payment was going directly to the lender. After I called him with the western union information he said give me your account information so I do a direct deposit and I did. Mr. Graham the so call loan specialist told me that the money will be in my account by noon time on that friday and he said if there are any issues pls call me and welcome to belltree financial which should be called Belltree Rip off!!!! I needed that loan to help me and the money I sent was from my mortgage money and I told him that! I said I hope you are not ripping me off !!!!Then next day someone called me for more money just before noon of the deposit hit!! I told him I explained this to Mr. Graham and now I'm telling you I don't have any more money to give so I want a refund!!!!He told me I would have to wait until 10/7/2011 but i know i will never see my money. Now I'm in a whole with all my bills + my mortgage!!!
