On 01/03/14 I ordered same day delivery flowers as our mother's birthday was 01/05/14. I paid extra for same day delivery. The flowers were not delivered. I emailed and called and was told it was due to technical difficulties did I want them delivered on Saturday. I said yes. Once again the flowers were not delivered.
And they did not answer the phone. So today I called, they could not tell me why the flowers were not delivered and they could deliver today. They would not compensate me or refund any fees unless I cancelled the order, which I did. The owners name is supposedly Thomas Conner but no phone number was available.
I ordered from elsewhere but yesterday was her birthday!
