This company was called "Company Register Pte Ltd" and changed name in Dec 13 after ACRA release a public alert on 19 Nov. But many of us have already been misled and unknowingly submitted the information on 18 Nov. The address is not an office but a consolidated business PO box if I am not wrong.

Have called ACRA and they are still investigating and they cannot advice anything yet. Have asked NHB and understood company was asked to cease using the logo but still if u check website it is still there.

So what can be done on this?

If this company is reading the chains of complain against them, it would be best they void all the registrations in Nov and Dec(obviously a public misled case) and proceed with their new customers with online payment if they are serious in this business. Internet subscriptions should all come with online payment so the subscriber is aware of any cost involved. There is no such thing as online registration and offline payments. Agree?
