I ordered a pair of Sam Edelman sandals on 3/31/14 and paid using PayPal. The status of my order is "processing" and I have emailed them to see when the shoes would be shipped. It is now 4/9/14 and I have not had any response from bestmail.com. There is no phone number listed on the website either. When I looked up the transaction with PayPal, it has been completed with payment made to an individual.
