I purchased a small dish garden for a funeral. They substituted a huge Peace Lily. This is the "Substitution Policy: Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to availability issues. If this is the case with the item you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value." Absolutely no way is this anywhere near the style, theme or color scheme of the plant I ordered. I was just hung up on by Megan, who answers the 1-888.414.3800 number. They refuse to issue a refund and actually asked me to pick up the plant from the grieving family 170 miles away.
