Via an email linked to a What's App message when opened it froze my screen. Alerting me that I had a probable virus infecting my computer and to call mac tech support. which I did. After twenty minutes of them whipping me up into a frenzy and connecting to my computer and alleging showing me how hackers have gotten into my computer, they finally identified themselves as Geek Technical Support. Totally uncool. Total bad business. But now they had me and I bought the three year package for 199.99. I have no idea if they even did anything. I have filed a through my state representative, my credit card company and anywhere else I can think of.
