- I had the same problem. They also took 2 amounts of £51 off for eye cream. I contacted them and told them I wanted a full refund. They tried to get me to take 50% with free product. Told them i'd be paying for their "free" product so she agreed to a full refund which I have received into my account today. The details are on my report. Good luck, let me know how you get on.
