Purchased $97.00 package based the advertising said that it would work on the Apple IPhone 4...and that it would work without my having to actually download it onto the phone. I tried several times and asked for support several times. Nothing worked.
I was offered a refund. I asked for a refund. I have not yet received a refund or any further response requests from support.
