I requested the trial of the product Biosomatic Cleanse before christmas and firstly I've never received it but secondly and more importantly, I have had two amounts of £69.95 taken from my bank account without my authorisation. I understood it was a trial and if I wanted to subscribe then I would have.

- You can call Customer Service at 08455280540 between the hours of 9am-12am GMT to cancel your account and receive a refund.

- i did the same thing! ordered in december and paid the postage charges. it was a trial that came with the acai berry so i took them both. i later noticed charges of £70 taken from my bank twice and called immediately. i was was only given a part refund but was assured that my trials had been cancelled and also received 2 emails with different order numbers on them confirming this. a month later another £69.95 has been taken!! i call again only to find that they are 2 separate companies and that only one of my trials have been cancelled and no refund will be given on the second trial. WHAT A SCAM!! I AM FURIOUS!!
