I took my car in because it was over heating and they could not fix the real problem but offered a temporary solution which was to zip tie my fans up and replace to radiator hoses that cost me $173.00. I had no choice I couldn't even move my car. So I went to pick it up in the morning paid for my services and got my car and I had no brakes at all! Although my brakes were just fine when I dropped my car off the disturbing thing was that someone moved my car to the parking lot knowing I had no brakes at all and was going to let me drive home like that! I was truly upset. So I no choice but to leave my car there. I had to call off work (which I have never done before) and my daughter had to miss school! After all that they said it was going to cost me $344.00 to fix my brake lines! Once again with no choice I told them to fix it. I didn't hear from them all day so I stopped by there only for them to tell me it would not be ready to 9:30am then after I asked some questions changed the time till 10:00am! One of the mechanics was really rude and once again I will be late for work and my daughter will be late for school! Something is not right here and I am a single mother that doesn't know much about cars! I feel wronged and could really use some help! PLEASE!!!!!
