  • Scambook attempted to call VitalChek regarding the consumer complaints. We spoke to Mr. Gomez a manager for VitalChek. We sent Mr. Gomez the link to the consumer complaints and are currently waiting for a response if VitalChek wishes to resolve the consumer complaints. We will keep everyone updated as the situation unfolds.

  • On 11/14/2012 Scambook mailed VitalChek a letter, via First Class Mail, to P O Box 1703
    Brentwood, TN 37024-1703 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.
