International boundaries
They are scammers. They call you and pray on people who are need and think that they are getting a loan but in reality your just getting scammed out of your money. They tell you to purchased a Green dot visa so that card is the card your supposedly paying back your loan. They ask you the card number and code in the back and register the card and take your money. Consumers be aware I'm out of $80.00 but this is just a lesson learned and a warning to others please don't get caught up.
