I ordered the starter kit at the beginning of march which I got after 2weeks. I ordered on march 30th the new cartridges which were for 79.95 and they were supposedly be shipped within 2 to 4 business day. My account has already been charged and I am still waiting for the delivery. As l didn't receive the delivery as promised within 2-4 business day I called the company several times to find out what happened to the delivery and all I got as an answer was "it was sent yesterday". I asked them many times to e mail me the tracking number but no success. Finally today I called again to find out and the answer was again the same " was sent yesterday" . I immediately asked to cancel the membership. This company is not trustable since they are charging you and not fulfilling their duties.
