Bought software through clickbank from Quick Click Commissions 'Make Money from Your Facebook Accont'. First screen was for $46.00, next level was $96.00, and the final level or Elite Pro was $196.00 for a total of $338.00. There was a 60 day money back guarantee if the program did not do what it says it was to do. It was "completely legal". I set up the program and had no sales through my facebook account after 2 weeks and asked for a refund on 3/22/12 through their support desk at http://supportcrew.zendesk.com/tickets/18667. Replied once stating they would render a decision. No reply to date. Have resubmitted request for refund 4 times. Last attempt to submit request for refund at support site showed that "ticket" had been closed. Address is Jessica, Mike + Team, P.O. Box 1339 Merseyside, L3, 6LW, United Kingdom. I had stopped working day job to stay home w/90 year old mom who has been living w/me for 6 months. Also have a 27 year old w/Down Syndrome who works part time. Needed stay at home job to help w/bills while being available for my mom and son. I really needed my money back. Thank you for your help. Denise Dickerson
