It all startI ed when I signed up for Pennywise Auctions - it sounded too good to be true - and I found out that it was.

I have just had a new Visa Debit card issued to me as a similiar thing happened to me several months ago and my bank cancelled my Visa Debit card and issued me with a new one. How did they ge my new card no.?
