I had been looking into a payday loan,got a personal loan at the bank instead,then a few days later this charge was taken out of my account. I never authorized this. When I called them they told me that I did authorize it,which I know I did not and that they could give me grocery coupons of $1000 which i have not gotten to cover this 1 time cost for a loan I don't want! All I wanted was my money back and I still dont have it.
