In Feb 2011 I ordered from the Shopping Channel a ' meatloaf pan' and took advantage of the FREE offer of a second pan and precision knife. I had not received or heard anything from the company until July 7 on my Visa Card there was a charge from GPM Perfect Meatloaf 8884058129 ON (reference) and later in July I received FOUR pans and was charged $116.and change. With, no return address or explanation as to why the increase and what had taken so long for delivery, I assumed that I had done something incorrect in the voice activated ordering system - I DID NOT. I would like to know why I received 4 pans/knife sets when I ordered two for $19.99 + 7.95 shipping & handling.
