Having seen the offer on a tv programme website (ITV This Morning) website for free samples of Revitaderm just by paying for postage, I sent off for them. They arrived and having tried it, I wasn't impressed. However, it was a month later when I noticed three separate payments taken from my bank account to a company by a different name inCyprus. When I called my bank they told me it was Revitaderm but they were using a different name, and they had had many complaints about them. They were unable to help as unwittingly I had entered a contract by sending off for the samples. I have contacted Revitaderm, told them I was recording our conversation and to date have only managed to have £51 refunded. They have agreed to end the contract, but I don't seem to be able to get all of my monies refunded.
