I ordered a 'free' sample of two Nutrascience products, I only had to pay £2.49 postage for each product. The advertising stated that if you canceled within 7 days of receipt of this 'free' sample, no more products would be sent to you. I contacted the support centre 2 days after receiving these products to cancel but did not get a reply until I chased them again several days later. My account has been deducted by £112.50 for the first shipment, which was not even posted to me and the only way I can claim a refund is to get proof from the post office that the shipment was not lost and not received by me - I am positive this was not even dispatched to me. When my original order was dispatched I received notification via e-mail, nothing has been received for this supposed second dispatch. I have replied to them to this effect but now they are not replying to my e-mails. I have copies of all e-mail correspondence with this supposed company.
