I did not approve a $14.95 (past) or the current $16.95 per month charge from Experian. I have checked back to January 2011 and the $14.95 bill was there, and I just noticed it in my 2012 billing. I have not yet asked Amex to help block the charge. I have just sent my first email to Experian to ask to discontinue the charge and to recompense me for past fees.
