I placed the order on 4/12/12 after seeing the infomercial on TV and then I received a phone call from a man on 4/19/12 telling me there was a problem with the website that day and that the order did not process so I told him to cancel the order...he said OK and then this morning 4/20/12 there was a charge on my card...I tried to call the 800# but it was constantly busy....I have purchased from TeleBrands before without a problem so I am not sure what happened here....
