International boundaries
After taking out a payday loan with a different vendor, a $250 deposit appeared in my checking account. If they consider it a payday loan, I not only did not authorize it, I have no idea when they expect it to be paid back or what their fee will be. My bank recommended putting a block on my account against them to prevent any future activity and opening a new account. It still doesn't solve the question of getting this $250 back to them and what fees they will claim I owe.
