From March 11, 2011 this company commenced billing my credit card starting with $1.00 plus $7.95 then on March 18, 2011 charged card $14.95 until September 19, 2011 the on October 19, 2011 charged my card $17.95 and still billing my card on February 11, 2012. For some reason I was not noticing the charges and have no excuse for not noticing the charges soon. I became interested in the charges from a news paper article on April 13, 2012, regarding credit card firms over bogus fees. The state attorney general, in my state, has filed unfair or deceptive practices lawsuits against seven major credit card companies in state court.
I have not been able to locate a phone number to call the bogus firm. The credit card will not stop the billing until I notify the bogus firm and show evidence.
