$9.95 one month special....i gave my credit card info, next page i am chaged $141.00 on my account..as soon as i saw what they did i called after a fifteen min. wait a person did answer the phone and told me that the $9.95 was the first month with a paid full year ...i DEMANDED A REFUND IN FULL...I WAS TOLD THAT SHE COULD ONLY LOWER ME TO A BETTER RATE ...AFTER I BLEW UP AND SAID I WAS CALLING THE BBB...MY BANK ETC., AND USING A FEW CHOICE WORDS...F...YOU ROBED ME ,THE BITCH SAID SHE WOULD REFUND IN 7..10 DAYS ,I CALLED MY BANK AND I DO HAVE TO WAIT UNTILL MORNING, BUT THESE PEOPLE MAY AS WILL PUT A GUN TO MY HEAD
