troy freeman approached me at my residence after eavesdropping on my phone conversation about being scammed out of $2900 for home improvements he talked me into letting him make the necessary changes with some doubts i agreed only to have him use used materials and took many shortcuts each day i find more he gave me altered receipts and estimates and written quotes as receipts he has no home improvement license he went to lowes and purchased sheathing then got arefund but kept the material he knew someone he is really a con artist
