- Their website states, "For a comprehensive assessment by an ISA Master Certified Arborist, please contact our friendly staff for an appointment at..." Yet they do not employ any such industry professional. Instead, what people receive is much less than what they advertise. I wonder how many people have been duped by this. I wonder how many people purchased services based upon the company's advice, thinking they were getting advice from an expert. I wonder what else they're willing to lie about!
