An unauthorizated transaction took place on my account. Only information is the name of the company listed above. My financial institution is unable to provide me with additional information regarding this transaction. Internet research can only give me information on filing a complaint, no contact information can be found for this company. Making it very difficult to speak to a representative regarding the unauthorizated charges placed on my account. I would like my money back and a contact for this so call company who feel they have a right to ripe off people just because.
