Ordered shoes on 4/23. Was slightly suspicious at the format of the website, but figured it was worth a try. Was really suspicious when the order confirmation page came back with loads of misspellings, and even more so when the receipt from paypal showed up with a Chinese name on it.
Started looking online for info, found this site. (Yes, clearly should have done that earlier :-) Filed a dispute with paypal 5/1, and of course they say you have to wait, and you may get your money back if they can get it. Kept reading here, found phone number and called them. I still have to wait for either the 10 days for Kelly-mall to reply with a tracking number, or for the sponge to show up, or for nothing to happen in those 10 days; then paypal said to call back and they will refund the money.
Very glad I didn't buy the other two pairs I wanted........
