In searching for a pair of shoes, I came across a website that had a pair of shoes that I was looking for. The mall name was "watches mall" with an email address of shoesmaoodd.com. I placed my order for the shoes on April 19th. After seeing this website, and comparing it to the complaints of kelly-mall, I realized that the website setup was identical (other then a few tweaks to the T+Cs). I cancelled my order on April 23rd, which was before the paypal transaction had completed and while my order status was still showing as "pending". I sent daily emails with screenshots of my order status (along with the date/time from worldserver.com so that there could be no question as to when the screenshot was taken). On May 1st when I tried to sign into my account, it had been changed, so I had to a password reset, which I did - and again sent another email requesting cancellation of my order. On May 2nd when I signed in, a "This account has been suspended" message came up. I tried from another computer to make sure that it was not just suspending my IP address. I have not opened a claim with PayPal.
