Okay, has anyone ever read this company's terms and conditions? I can assure you that if you did exactly what you were supposed to do as it is clearly listed in the terms and conditions, you would have your account cancelled. I ordered the product 2 months ago and forgot to cancel my account. When I noticed the charges on my credit card statement, I called customer service and was advised to return the product in order to receive a full refund. And guess what? I received every penny back! So, before you complain, exhaust your options first.
