This company took 29.95 out of my checking account. Looks like they created a "check" with my routing number and account number. Called the 877 number on the check, and they gave me a bogus email address that they claim was mine. I told them it was not, and this was not my purchase. They said they would reimburse my money. They told me if I went to my bank and had them reverse the money it would be illegal. I knew then that this was a scam. I contacted my bank, which reimbursed my money. I also reported it to the FTC. Please everyone, do this so they will do something about it. Several days later a deposit showed up from this company, but guess what...they made a deposit slip up and even used the wrong address and put it back in...I think that what will happen is that this money will not be there to actually give me the refund...I am waiting to see before I tell the bank. Also, what mortgage company does everyone have? I noticed in my research that this company goes by different names, and on one of them, a lot of the people that got scammed said they had Cenlar for their mortgage company. One post on scambook named a Roman Spinu with Proniqua Investments as the scammer...not sure, but I am still investigating!
