Complaint 110995 Details

I have used payday loans for a while now and never had any problems. Recently I received a call from Mark Stewart ext 251 from (Personal Info Removed) informing me that I had been approved for $5000.00 loan and I could pay it back in 30 months. The amount was $191.00 a month. However, to receive the loan I needed to send the first installment by Western Union. I did that and then I received a call stating that the company had processed my paperwork for 5500.00 and I needed to send an additional $199.00. I said I wasn't sending another penny, let me speak to the manager. A guy named William got on the phone and I believed it was Mark Stewart. I informed William that the company made a mistake, not me, send the $5500.00 and I will send the additional $199.00 when I receive my money. The company did not want to that so I asked for my money back. William stated it would take 4 - 5 business days. After reading several compliants, I doubt if I receive my $216.00 back. I had a bad feeling about the company. I should have went with my gut!!!! I received additional calls from the following numbers; 661-748-0242, 661-380-3000, 661-748-0244, 661-748-0245 and when you call the numbers there's a recording that come on and say "NO Routes Found" so the number does not exist.
