Same as all the other reports, some guy with foreign accent calls stating that he had spoke with the owner in regards to cancelling our renewal for online advertising he gave his name as being Ross Taylor. Asked if I was authorized to follow through with cancel process - stated that there would be an invoice in the amount of $599.99 for last year 2011, transfered me to answer questions & INSTRUCTED ME TO SAY YES to a person that actually sounded like an American. I then got a little concerned & was able to ask my boss if this is indeed something he remembers cancelling. I put him on the phone with my boss, my boss started asking questions and asked if we could call them back. They hung up then the foreign guy called back immediately to see if I got cancelation # from other guy. I gave the phone to my boss and he hopefully got them to send a bill with the name misspelled on invoice at which my boss provided misspelling.
