I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding. I paid extra for the custom fit with my measurements. When the dress came in, it was terrible and didn't fit and poorly made. I contacted the company and they said they would give me an $80 refund since it was custom made and they couldn't resell it and to keep the dress they had no use for it. Well, neither did I. My credit card was billed from a company in China named the JIAJIA Firm Co-Ltd in Shenzhen CN. There were no labels in the dress and this company is a knock off designer seller. It has been two months and still no refund. This company leads you to believe they are an American company and they are not. The emails I received were from Will Smith which I am sure is a fake name and there is no Will Smith in China at Moore Prom Dresses.
