These charges appeared on my TMobile cell phone bill..$9.99 for 2 months in a row and TMobile tells me they cannot control this...I called an 800 number listed on my bill after the name Textelent and the operator says that number cannot be reached from my calling area! I don't have a clue how this happened as I am positive I did not subscribe to anything as I am being told it is something I did!!!! Is there NO way to stop the charges!! TMobile tells me they cannot block the charges!!
