I didn't notice the first charge on April 8 for fifteen cents, but as I was going over my statement I noticed a charge of 99.00 on April 30th 2012. I tried to go to the website to see what this could have been for. I was unable to view what it was. I called and spoke to someone who said I AUTHORIZED this charge. It was an old phone number and email address. It was even under my maiden name that I haven't used in years. I asked him why wouldn't i have recieved an email receipt of something. He said one was sent to the email address ( I no longer use often but can still access) there wasn't anything in my junk or regular inbox. So I asked if he could resend the email so I could figure out what this possibly could have been. He put me on hold and said that they could refund 50.00 and i could keep the memberships and recieve my log in. I said no I want this charge OFF I didn't authorize it. He said hold on. Okay I can authorize 70.00 credit to your account..I hung up on him and am going to file a complaint and contact my bank to have this removed! So upset
