I recevied a call at around 3:30 pm. In the afternoon. The lady said she was tanya freeman abshe was from an attorney office. An she was calling on collect a payday loan that was taken out in my name. I explained that I have been to court for identiy theft agianst me an this was most likley the same lady from many years ago doing this. She said regardless u have to pay or a sheriff will come an arresst me, well my husband came home and I had him talk too her an she said once again pay or ur wife will go to jail. We both asked who is the company? an all we get was a blank sheet of paper nothing else emailed to us.. We asked for phone numbers an we got nothing. So all in the end, we payed 283.00 so nothing would happen an then said they would take another payment out on may 8,2012. An because we stoped payment on it we get this nasty email from a fake judge. So now we filed a police report an going from there. Our bank is also depesting the first payment, hopefully one day we will get that money back. This has shaken my family up an I walk on pins an needles not knowing if a sheriff will show up to arresst me anytime!! Please can someone help me as well?
