On July 6, 2011 I ordered phone service from AT&T they stated that the could not turned on my old phone number on July 12,2011 I got a email bill for the number they could not turned on for $49.15. Than on July 9, 2011 they give me a new number but I told the the phone never worked. I called a csr and she put me on hold from 8am to 2pm and when I finally talked to her again She told me the phone dont ring inside the house. I tolded Her to just turn the phone off. Now they sending me another bill for $58.08 but they claimed that both numbers been on the same line at the same time.
