I'm hoping I only lost $10.80; I ordered the one month trial for $10.80, put in my credit card info, and as soon as the order went through, was charged $46.56. I emailed billing, praying they will get back to me, as now I'm seeing this is a scam. I understand paying for a service with shady fine print, but in my case I was literally robbed. I asked customer support to simply refund me the difference of what I elected to pay, and what I was in actuality charged, and to change the 12 month subscription that I didn't order to the one month one that I did. I wouldn't even mind if I was out the $10.80, but literally have been crushed by losing $35.76.... if they don't refund this money asap I am going to miss two bill payments that will have late fees, costing me even more money and now putting me into debt. We'll see, but my moral is not high for this. I will be disgusted if I am not refunded the difference of $35.76, and hope this company gets what is coming to them. Foul, absolutely, utterly, criminal. I'm near tears, I've never had an online transaction change the amount to be paid without consent from me. Every aspect of this company's business practice is absolutely disgusting.
