Mr. John Tayler from USA Cash Advance called me from #296-855-3266 He told me I was approved for my personal loan of $10000. The payments would be $206. due on the 3rd. of the month for 5 years. The money was to be directly deposited to my checking account at Heartland Bank and Trust. And the payments would be automatically withdrawn every month. In order to get the loan I had to Western Union Money in minutes $206. to Napal ,Narendra Pumar Rai I did so and then John Tayler said that since my middle initial was not on the form they could not release my loan money.He then convinced me to send another $206. that I had to borrower to Napal , Mati Maya Rai .On this form I put my middle initial and he said that it still didn't show up on his papperwork . I then started to cry since I was out of options.Mr.Tayler said that they were going to keep the money I sent , and not release my loan due to possible identity theft.Even though I have the receipts for the wire transfer. I then told Mr. Tayler that I needed my money back and he preceded to tell me no.He then informed me that my loan would be put on hold till I could send more money.I informed him if I didn't get my money back that I was going to tern him in for fraud.He then hung up. After that I started getting threatening calls from Attorney John Mayer #516-986-3829,Mr. Mark Martin #760-269-4169, and Steven Miller #866-464-9547. All of which tell me I am going to be arrested for criminal fraud charges and have to pay there legal fees of around $18000. I have checked at my bank and no money was ever deposited in my account . I am at my wits end on what to do to fix this problem.
