I called this company which advertises in AARP &Sunday papers etc to investigate their product....a Lifeline unit....via 3 different names. Was told I needed to give them all info including my credit card number. I informed the clerk that I must check with my Long Term Care provider and not to continue with the process until I called back with answer. Did so 2 days later...with a NO since provider will get me one at no cost to me...thru Medicaid. Girl said maybe I could give it to a friend or relative. This was not a Jitterbug but the emergency unit for around your neck and GPS unit. I DID NOT ORDER what I got in mail and returned { have PO receipt}.My CC charge was for $104.31 plus another for $15.90. Following month I received credit for 53.81 & 15.90. They refuse to payback $50.50. This was all done within 30 days and without usage.
