Received a charge to my checking account for $29.95, and when I called they CU they said it was from Alliance Network, and gave me the toll free #. I called Alliance Network, and they said they could not tell me who the charge was from, because they billed for a lot of different clients. They also the charge. I told them I did not authorized the charge, but I was going to my CU do an unauthrized withdrawal form and the charges would be reversed. That is when they said my money would be refunded within 6 to 10 business days. Today I do not see they money in my account I called the toll free #, and my call cannot be completed as dailed. So I am going to my CU and have the charges reveresed.
