I sent for a free sample of HCG platinum diet drops costing me just the postage and packing 2 months on I have been sent 2 further bottles and my credit card has been charged for 2 amounts of £89.99. I did not sign up for this!! I have since returned the bottles and blocked further attempts to take money from my credit card and after holding on the phone for 11 minutes I cancelled my account but when pressed for a refund I was met with the most obnoxious american I have ever come across who was so rude and told me I was an idiot for not reading the small print and started screaming about tracking numbers on the bottles I had sent back, I explained that I did not have a tracking number just a receipt from my post office but he wasn't having any of it. At this stage I gave up I know I will not get a refund and I told him what a disgusting company HCG platinum were and what a disgusting little man he was. I just want to warn others not to go anywhere near this company.
